Closing Your Account

You have the flexibility to close your account at any time by reaching out to our support team via email at support@shiplee.ai.

Upon account closure, be advised that all your content will be immediately removed from our service. This action is irreversible, so please ensure you genuinely wish to terminate your account before proceeding.

If you decide to discontinue the service midway through a billing cycle, a final invoice will be issued and sent to your email. After settling this invoice, you will incur no further charges from us.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any moment, for any reason, and without prior notification.

Account Inactivity Policy

For security reasons and to minimize the risk of fraud, especially in cases where mobile numbers or email addresses might be compromised, accounts that remain inactive for a period of 2 months will have all associated data permanently deleted.

Regarding Fraud

To protect the integrity of our service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if there is a reasonable suspicion—arising from conviction, settlement, insurance, escrow investigation, or any other means—that fraudulent activities have been conducted in relation to our platform.

Refunds are not offered, including for accounts closed mid-month.
